Research and sources
Writers should use primary legal sources, including the official India Code text, court decisions and government publications. Statute references must be checked against the current text and commencement provisions. Where old IPC or CrPC references are included for search continuity, the current-law mapping must be checked before publishing.
Review and correction
Each legal guide should carry its original publication date, last substantive review date, source list and reviewer attribution. Named reviewer details are pending confirmation; no individual reviewer is claimed on this page. Send corrections through the Contact page. We will record material corrections and update dates after substantive review.
No outcome claims
We do not promise bail, quashing, acquittal or any other result. We do not publish invented case outcomes, testimonials, lawyer credentials or success rates. Search phrases such as “best lawyer” are treated as user queries, not claims about the platform or any advocate.
Current review status
The statutes and section mappings on existing pages require a page-by-page primary-source review before the site is treated as legally reviewed. Until that work is complete, readers should independently confirm the current law and seek advice for their facts.
